Torbjørn Urfjell (b. 1977) is an adviser at Geelmuyden.Kiese. He has 14 years of experience from different political arenas, as chairman of the Socialist group of Kristiansand Town Council and as member of Regional Councils of both Vest-Agder and Aust-Agder county. Torbjørn Urfjell served at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs as political adviser to Development Minister Erik Solheim 2005 – 2007. He run the project SV2009 and the strategic development of the Socialist Left Party before he came to Geelmuyden.Kiese. Torbjørn Urfjell has experience from different elected positions in society and the cultural sector. Urfjell has been chair of the Norwegian Touring Opera Board and Opera Sør as well as co-chair of the board of the Norwegian Gender Equality Center. Today Urfjell is chairman of the board of Kristiansand Symphony Orchestra and member of the board of Kilden Performing Arts Centre in Kristiansand. He is also member of the central committee of LLH (The Norwegian LGBT Association).
